Rumsfeld says "people need to watch what they write??"
Edited on Mon May-16-05 03:18 PM by whyzayker
I gotta turn off my TV! This is BS! Not one mention of Myers remarks on the 12th.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Richard Myers, in a U.S. State Dept.-issued press release on May 12, said the Newsweek story isn't a chief cause of the riots: " e has been told that the Jalalabad, Afghanistan, rioting was related more to the ongoing political reconciliation process in Afghanistan than anything else."

Now Rumsfeld on MSNBC stating that people need to "watch what they write."

8. They are jungling so many freakin' lies, they can't get 'em straight!!!
What really happened?

Were the protestors civilian?
Were they armed?
Did they shoot anyone?
Who shot at them?
Why?

Methinks there is either/or/both a cover-up or just another blame-game bullshit thingy. My guess,...cover-up,...'cause that is SOP for this buncha' war criminals.

Angry Iraqis Protest U.S. Soldiers' Throwing Of Qur'an

"Even Saddam did not behave in this manner," said angry Iraqis

BAGHDAD, October 21 (IslamOnline.net & News Agencies) – Scores of angry Iraqi employees broke out in rage Tuesday, October21, after a U.S. soldier hurled a copy of the holy Qur'an to the ground.

The U.S. desecration started after a veiled Iraqi woman refused to let U.S. occupation soldiers use a sniff dog to search her bag because it contained a copy of the Qur'an, furious demonstrators told Agence France-Presse (AFP).

"Amal Karim asked them not to let the dog touch her bag because there was a Qur'an inside," oil ministry employee Zainab Assem Assem told AFP, adding a U.S. soldier threw the copy to the ground.

"Amal started shouting: 'Can you (Iraqis) let American soldiers desecrate our holy Qur'an?' And the crowd was steaming with anger," she added. LINK

This whole deal is a total crock.

And the corporate-owned media is having too much fun smearing it.

11. "People need to watch what they write."
"...what they say."

Coming soon to a dictatorship near you:

"...where they walk."
"...where they breathe."
"...what they watch on TV
"...who they listen to."
"...where they post online."
