Framing the Bush Approval/Disapproval reporting: If the numbers are 40%
approval of Bush - it needs the DISAPPROVAL number to be the main one reported. In other words 60% of people DISAPPROVE of Bush - not the 40% approve.

I have seen it reported the wrong way over and over, and it does not carry as much "punch."

Remember the Republicans know the importance of framing a statement or word - let's do the same.

1. Indeed
I actually saw one (I think in TIME) that went something like this:

"The President's (sic) approval rating held steady at 46%, while his disapproval is unchanged from last month."

They didn't even mention what it was unchanged from - that is, what the number was last month! A more startling example of biased journalism would be difficult to find outside of Newsmax, one would think. Needless to say, the disapproval number was in the low fifties, but you'd never get that from the report!

5. If you actually talk to people his real approval rating is around 30%
maybe 35% , but anything over 40% is lying for Bush.

I don't believe the corporate media or their Bull Shit polls.
