GRAPH: dead coalition soldiers and Iraqis

The mainstream media seems to be buying into the rightie slant that things are going swell in Iraq, so I thought I'd verify by checking deaths of Coalition forces and Iraqis. Judge for yourself.
(I don't know how the info in that Newsweek piece will affect the trend of the period covered).

2. the object of this war is not to win freedom for the Iraqi people;

but to feed the military/industrial machine....these people are cannon fodder; just as we were in Vietnam. If they wanted to win this war it could be done and quickly. One more way to transfer wealth to the upper classes.

3. that's one of only two plausible arguments for disbanding army

the other was they wanted instability to have time to privatize/steal their oil.

if oil was primary, they failed.

If perpetual war was primary, they won.

4. I don't think they care either way , as long as they make money!
