Condi is one of the best black women they could get. You just used the wrong criteria. The criteria are:
1) Background in Oil
2) Like to be around George Bush
3) Conversative
4) Able to talk like an Obese White Male

7) No guilt or conscience

It's hard to find somebody with those qualifications. They tried Powell for a while, but then suddenly have had problems with his conscience and started to tell the truth. Well you know what happened.
