14. Nah; it's just DC - the people protesting work for a group that's lobbying

to protect SS in it's current form, and they work in the building where Frist was buying shoes. In short, Frist got ambushed for this photo op when they heard he was shopping downstairs. However, it's a great pic - he'd never voluntarily appear anywhere near signs like that...
