I think it's time to coin a new phrase - GOPerverts.

GOPerverts are people in the GOP who preach "family values," lobby against gay marriage, restrict birth control, etc... and then do the exact opposite in their personal lives. Not because the sex they engage in is necessarily perverted, but because these individuals themselves are perverted.

I'm compiling a mental list of all the GOPerverts that have come out in the past few months....

Gay Male Hookers in the White House
David Hager's forced sodomy of his wife
Bolton frequenting sex clubs
Top GOP strategist gets married to his gay partner (while putting gay marriage proposals on the ballots)
Spokane Mayor approaching young boys
Bill O'Reilly's falafel
Laura Bush's horse jokes
Something about sex with mules
An Illinois senate candidate also dropped out last year because of something involving sex clubs.

Any more? I may have forgotten a few, but the list is getting longer.

Regardless, it sure makes that consensual blowjob seem tame by comparison. I long for the day when a silly blowjob was this nation's biggest problem. Blowjobs for democracy, I say.

we need to point out that they're HYPOCRITES.
That the things they stigmatize and vilify everyone else for doing, they themselves do behind closed doors.

Now, if they just had a healthy attitude towards adult sexuality, they wouldn't have all these problems.

when viewed by the masses. And as someone else pointed out, there's Jack Ryan, who resigned to 'allow' the great Alan Keyes to run Obama. Ryan dragged his very unwilling wife off to some swapfest, too. There's also Rudi Guiliani and Bernie Kerik. Newt. Hank Hyde. Livingston. The list is long.

Please, I am as far from a prude as one can get (I seem to choke on DU's no sex threads or posts rules .... a lot). But none of their 'proclivities' are .... what do I want to call it .... ? ...... mainstream sex. Its perversion (or at least kink), technical rape, philandering ........ edgy.

Our 'sexual stars' are, by comparison, far more innocent and .... well ..... boyish and innocent about it.

Nah ... there's a fundamental difference. Our guys tend to be playful about it. The Repugs, even in their sexual tastes, show their true nature.
