Ben Nelson says he's inclined to SUPPORT Bolton
On the Ed Schultz show. I honestly don't understand the rationale behind this. I know he's a target of the Bush bots in the next election cycle, but Jeebus!

Please people call his office!

5. "You're like Zell Miller, only without the crack...."
John Stewart's comment to Ben "Bennie, Nellie" Nelson is becoming more accurate with every passing day.

6. If getting elected means you have to curtail your principles
then why even run for office in a state like Nebraska as a Democrat. Might as well be a Republican if it means that to be elected you have to support the Bushites half the time. But I honestly don't think that is the case. Nebraksa has had people like Bob Kerrey and Jim Exon in the US Senate and they were pretty solid Democrats. I don't think just because you represent a red state that you can't act like a Democrat--I think people will admire you if you stand for what you believe and give them the rationale in a straight and honest way.
