4. Vote is comming up very soon
Just my guess but it looks like it will vote out of committee on a party-line vote to send to the full senate. Voinovich recommended that it be sent "thout recommendation" so there will be a lot of debate on the floor of the senate. Which means that it's not over yet and we can all apply pressure to all the senators.

Disappointing.... but there's still a chance to defeat him.

7. Bolton sent to full Senate WITHOUT Recommendation
Just as predicted by Voinovich speech. Some Republicans will not approve in full Senate, so could swing on Chaney vote on tie.
