4. I have to admit I'm surprised!
Pleasantly of course. He didn't cave this time and his reasoning was impeccable. He covered all repub's potential arguments and shot them down convincingly.

That said, it's also clear he doesn't want any other pubs to vote no. He wants the nomination to go to the floor with no recommendation.

All in all, I'm proud of my Senator today and will call his office to say so.
