Now this is interesting
Edited on Thu May-12-05 06:52 AM by Danocrat
CONFIRMED 4:58am EST: Rumor is not true. Vice President Dick Cheney is NOT dead. Rumor started on Washington Insider Forum with connections to MSNBC, after Cheney complained of heart trouble in the morning hours. Rumor interrupted and woke up several Heads of State, Prime Ministers, etc. Drudge Report absolutely refuses to run story. Major news networks will not carry story because it's unconfirmed. Rumor originated from MSNBC Insider. CBS almost ran headline. Dilby does not regret running the headline. Dilby confirms rumor is not valid...

UNCONFIRMED RUMOR 5/12/05 2:33am CST: Dick Cheney has suffered a massive heart attack. Reports coming from Washington Hospital Center. Rumors are flooding the Internet that Cheney has died. Dilby denies it. Washington in a frenzy.

Will we soon hear reports that old Dick just has a bad cold, Soviet-style?

6. Sounds puzzling. Sounds like the last "cold" he had, during the
campaign.

4. I still can't figure out how that man gets heart trouble.
I thought that required that he have one.
