Rule #1: Liberals would be forced to watch re-runs of the election coverage, the RNC (especially Zell Miller), and every Bush speech ever made.

Rule #2: Democrats would be forced to vote for judicial nominees with no filibusters. No current filibuster rules would be changed - they'd just vote up or down.

Rule #3: Liberals would be banned from whining about the 2000 election and banned from saying "Bush stole the election".

Rule #4: Democrats would be banned from whining about the proposed social security changes unless they come up with some better ideas for change. They can't say - "let's do nothing".

Rule #1: Rethuglicans should quit lying. Truth can be a refreshing change!

Rule #2: So-called conservatives should quit robbing the treasury to reward corporations.

Rule #3: Social Security isn't broken. Quit trying to throw the elderly into the gutter.

Republicans should be forced to list every promise Bush and his administration have made to the American people and document whether they were kept or if they weren't.

Republicans should be forced to look at the qualifications of these judicial nominees and see if these folks are really the kind of judges they want on the bench.

Republicans should be banned from putting "Support our troops" stickers on their cars unless they can show they have actually donated a minimum of $25 per sticker to their local Guard unit or veteran's hospital.

Republicans should work with Democrats for fair and honest elections.

Democrats have come up with viable changes to SS-check the latest MoveOn ad-Repukes should spread this information far and wide so people can make a choice.
