Ridge reveals clashes on alerts: stuff is really starting to hit the fan

First, the true planning of the war has been leaked, now Tom Ridge revealed another obvious point about the terror alert. Why is this not a huge news story? Liberal media my ass!

what they were, fear mongering to gather support for the iraq invasion.

anyone other than me notice there has hardly been a threat level raise in the last 2 years? you know, since the invasion?

3. This is nothing more than a "news dump" to reposition the DHS

after the color code thing became a big joke. Notice that Ridge's comments were piggybacked by that plane fiasco where the corporate controlled media echoed that during the time the plane was under surveillance, White House color codes changed from orange to yellow. (Or was it yellow to orange?) :eyes:

5. But what will anyone DO about it?

I'm cynical enough to think that no matter what kind of smoking guns are found, no matter how much dirt comes to light, there will be no political or criminal consequences for Perpetrator B*sh and Vice-Perpetrator Ch*n*y.

They control the House, Senate, and Supreme Court, as well as America's voting process. They control the mainstream media. Who has any power to censure or impeach them? We can make all the angry speeches we want, attempt to hold huge demonstrations, write letters, and call Air America, but none of this has any impact on them.

Torture, fraudulent wars, fake terror alerts, and other horrors notwithstanding, they seem to be beyond the reach of justice.

I've turned to prayer as my only option.
