All that popping, screaming, and twisting of arms is coming from...
the Republican side...By now, Chaffee's arms are so twisted, he can tie them together behind his back. We can only imagine the physical and mental anguish some of these so-called "moderate" Republicans must be experiencing about now. The beatings will continue until morale improves and when they verbally commit to voting for the demise of the filibuster. Pity their poor souls...
