Why the heck was Bush biking in the middle of a damn work day?
My husband and I work non-stop all day. It is crazy every waking moment. I eat lunch at my desk so I can get home just that much earlier to see my toddler. Then its dinner, bath time, story-reading, house-cleaning, laundry and more work at night.

I'm an attorney and my husband is an engineer. Now certainly being the leader of the free world must be a little more challenging than our jobs - I would hope and assume?

Never do I spend an afternoon going biking on a lovely nature trail.

Aargh. This makes me mad.

8. This goes with me wondering how the hell
"Mr Excitement" manages to get to bed at 9:00.. Ever notice that all decent human beings who become president look like they've aged 40 years when their term is done but the shrub manages to look like he hasn't lost a single nights sleep...

so they can go to bed early, and be refreshed for the next day's "hard work".

10. so that they could give the plane scare story some time to cool off
we wouldnt want the media getting pictures or a response from him when the scare was actually happening. somebody might make a movie with footage showing what a dolt he looked like just sitting there wondering what anyone expects him to do about it.

13. Because he doesn't have a job?
He may be president, but I have yet to see an example of him WORKING for the people, much less anybody at all. All he does is sit around, fall off of his bike, read childrens' books, vacations at Camp David with who knows who else, and choke on pretzels.

He is not exactly the epitome of a working class man...

22. You should be grateful he was biking!
For every minute he spends biking, is a minute he doesn't spend tearing up the country. We need to send him on a permenant biking complaining.

24. and how much did that little ride cost us?
besides the fact that the loser was foolin around instead of workin', i wonder how much it cost the taxpayers to have the secret service scour the area before hand, hold up traffic and flood the area with officers while he was biking. obviously presidents need to have some recreational time, but it seems like that is all he ever does. perhaps he should consider oral sex for amusement, it would cost the taxpayer less.

26. He bikes up at the FBI's "estate".
Up in the scrub where they train agents to shoot "wetbacks" and make it look like a robbery...Far from prying eyes.

"ride a 1/2 mile, have a beer, ride some more have another beer...have another beer...What bike? Gimme nuzzer beer!"
