It was a recruiter. And he leaves a voicemail saying that if he doesn't report to him that it would be a violation of federal law....

How much of this has been going on and for how long?
Did we only get to hear about this one because the dumbs$!# recruiter
left his threat on voicemail so there is evidence?

Have they actually started up the draft, and just didn't bother to tell anyone?
