Does this guy EVER work? He gets paid half a million dollars for an 8 year vacation with a few pre-written speeches mixed in.

3. He's a lazy asshole, just like his Poppy...

Poppy made it a point NOT to interrupt his vacation time when Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990. He claimed that he didn't want to look like a "hostage" of the situation, and faulted President Carter for not leaving the WH during the Iran hostage crisis (Carter worked day and night for 444 days to get the hostages released - and very rarely left the WH during it).

7. Notice that Cheney was at the WH

at the time tending to his Presidential duties. Looks like they basically send the chimp out to play, and reign him in when he's needed at a fundraiser or photo op. Otherwise he just gets in the way.

9. Once before when they had a scare there

he was on his exercise machine at 11 a.m. or so.
