"Bill of Media Rights" being discussed by Consumers' Union on CSPAN
also with the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights in a broad coalition including the United Church of Christ, the AFLCIO, Future of Music (a coalition of artists' coalitions), and others.

Their point: Broadband Access is a Civil Right.

Also: Reform the '96 Telecom Act, ownership especially, and get ready for the next generation of TV.
