About the word NOOK-ULAR
Has anyone noticed that more and more INTELLIGENT people who perhaps USED TO say the word properly and now pronouncing it NOOK-ULAR?
Perhaps what made me notice this is that they are again beating the nuclear drums on TV, but I have even noticed CONGRESSMEN saying it wrong.

Is this to support the Smirk's dumb ass lack of pronunciation?

Let's make a list of the people we have heard say NOOK-ULAR.

I Will start off with Lou Dobbs. I am sure he used to say it right.

"Jack Bauer" (Kiefer Sutherland) has been saying nucular all season. :banghead: I'm sure it's on purpose to try to normalize chimpy's speech deficiencies.

4. It's not just nuclear...
It has been many more words and especially place names. I noticed this happening with those in the media when discussing Qatar, for instance and others that I can't recall. bush says it wrong, and then those around him, presumably well educated people, copy his pronunciation. Then it spreads far and wide. I don't know if it is to support his stupidity, or if it's cool since * does it and they want to be part of the "in" crowd, or if it is a slap at the person, place whose name is being mispronounced. Either that or devolution (de-evolution?) is taking place amongst these people. It is grating!

5. Yeah, that's what I mean!
I think they are all copy-catting * so as to make him not sound so stupid.
