The House will meet at 12:30 p.m. for morning hour and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. Votes will be postponed until 6:30 p.m.

Suspensions (6 bills):

1) H.R. 1023 - Charles `Pete' Conrad Astronomy Awards Act (Rep.
Rohrabacher - Science)

2) H.Res. 193 - Expressing support to the organizers and participants of the historic meeting of the Assembly to Promote the Civil Society in Cuba on May 20, 2005, in Havana (Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart - International Relations)

3) H.Res. 142 - Supporting the goals and ideals of a "Rotary International Day" and celebrating and honoring Rotary International on the occasion of its centennial anniversary (Rep. Schakowsky - Government Reform)

4) H.Con.Res. 86 - Authorizing the use of the Capitol Grounds for the Greater Washington Soap Box Derby (Rep. Hoyer - Transportation & Infrastructure)

5) H.Con.Res. 135 - Authorizing the use of the Capitol Grounds for the District of Columbia Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run (Rep. Shuster - Transportation & Infrastructure)

6) H.Con.Res. 136 - Authorizing the use of the Capitol Grounds for the National Peace Officers' Memorial Service (Rep. Shuster - Transportation & Infrastructure)

:wtf:

Soap Box Derby? Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run?

1. They do all the "important" stuff at 1 AM on a Sunday night...

2. Well, no wonder they haven't started impeachment proceedings!
There's a lot of hard work to be done!

If only the CBC was setting the agenda...
