Wingers turn on Google
((Altho the following is from www.wonkette.com, go to the winger site, www.rightmarch.com and read their indignant raving about Google...they are planning a massive assault on the search engine. This is way funny.))

Google Rejects Right-Wing Ad Plagiarists

Upset at anti-Tom DeLay ads running on Google, the organization Right March decided to strike back with some anti-Nancy Pelosi ads. So they plagiarized the DeLay ads -- why do your own work when you can outsource it to angry liberals? -- and substituted Pelosi's name for DeLay's. Then they tried to place the resulting ad on Google. Alas, Google rejected it because of its policy that prohibits "advocating against any organization or person." It was unfair certainly, but does this mean Google is biased against conservatives, as Right March now charges? Only if you think calling President Bush "secretive, paranoid and vengeance-filled," or criticizing ocean polluters are typical conservative pastimes. — GREG BEATO

8. LOL
Like Google will care. Google has stock buyers to support it and plenty of ads to be placed. They can pick and choose as they want.

Why would conservatives care about a search engine that allows them to find info anyways? I thought Rush and the Bible had all the answers.

9. This isn't the same as, say CBS refusing MoveOn ads
Because there are plenty of other search engines doing the exact same thing. And it's a LOT easier to get an ad online than on TV.

Thus, I can safely tell those whiners to STFU

10. Tell the wingers they are obviously confused, as they
are on the wrong internet. If they just find the internet that caters to THEM, they will be happy.

Remember, bush said there are internets, plural, so go out there and find them wingers! Jesus talks to bush so it must be true!

11. They should be thanking Google.
Do a search for "Robert Byrd KKK" and you'll get pages and pages of right wing drivel about Democrats supporting racism and how dare he talk about freedom and on and on and on. If you're patient and look very closely you will eventually come across a reasonably sane explanation of Senator Byrd's past ties to the KKK and his public denoucements of that past.
