Did they REALLY spend all week trying to keep that Stupid "Run Away Bride" story going?

From the way they were talking on "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" and "Wha'd Ya Know" (both Public Radio Variety Shows),it sounds like they did.

...meanwhile , leaked memo in UK reveals that * had decided to invade Iraq in 2002 .....maybe if he'd be wearing a sperm stained dress when he told the Brits this it might had made the MSM headlines.

6. Television News?
Uh-uh. I gave up on that crap years ago. The much touted "March on Baghdad" did me in. If they're not full of crap, they're sitting on something important.

I'll stick with NPR and the 'net with sites like Alternet, Tompaine.com, DU, The Nation, The Bull Moose, and Working For Change. And occasionally I might peruse a newspaper.

But the TV news? Not for any amount of money.
