I have a beef with TIME..

My family has been recieving TIME magazine since as long as I can remember. However, I have been away at school and am no catching up on a years worth of TIME magazine now that I am home. I have noticed a frightening trend...what is with the Religious cover stories??? OMG it is so obvious that they are just hopping on the Jesus train. That bothers the hell out of me...but the most outrageous thing I have ever seen was that one with ANN motahfucking COULTER on the cover...she does NOT deserve ANY recognition for being ANY SORT of authority on ANYTHING!!!!! They mention she doesn't always tell the truth. Oh so she LIES. Let's put her on the cover.

We are cancelling out TIME subscription. We have had enough.

I emailed them when the Coulter cover came out and let them know that they had just ensured that I would never purchase another copy of their magazine again.

4. one of my friends was LIVID over the coulter cover

and also cancelled. i've always considered them too conservative so do not read.

i 'did' get a ltte published way back when, though; i objected to the characterization of Asians as 'inscrutable'. they published it!

I think I lost any faith in honest reporting when I put 2+2 together regarding Lefe's magazine switching the order of the Zapruder film frames.

At that point I knew where they were coming from.

6. I had a subscription for 3 years

Until they glorified the EVILangicals. That's when I knew I needed to let go and go to Foreign Affairs for my political fix. Plus that little light blue book makes me so smart :).

7. I found the TIME article very informative. I can barely imagine how

much fun the people in the 'art department' had with her likeness.

It also informed me that her main job is to be funny (?). And that tells me allot because it means her role in the GOP pyramid is to teach others how to laugh at people who are hurting and losing out in life.

Now that I know more about her.. I understand she is a teacher of the dark arts of sociopathy. Sociopaths, having no heart, find pleasure and laughter at the pain of others. And they try and teach their 'values' to their followers.

Ann Coulter is all about teaching 'lack of empathy' values to Americans.

Because the people she represents cannot participate in humour of the self-effacing kind. Because they are not human.


Hilarious that she obviously insisted on having all her legs in the shot. Tis why it was so distorted. Now when have we seen the legs of some politico on the front cover of Time? Never I would imagine. The only thing funnier would have been if they had cut out the rest of the body and just left her all important gams. Here are a picture of my legs: :rofl:

They made a mockery of her and what she stands for. And they informed.

In order to not get sued Time didn't do the interview in tongue & cheek. But I can read between the lines.
