(i) if the consent is extorted by force, threats or fear of bodily harm or is obtained by false and fraudulent misrepresentations respecting the nature and quality of the act, or
(ii) if the court is satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that the person could not have consented to the act by reason of mental disability. "

These prohibitions on group sex only apply when there is anal intercourse, and the age prohibitions are not the same for anal sex as they are for oral or vaginal sex.

5. Hey when I went to Canada,

I was thrown out of a bar that I went into to buy a pack of cigarettes out of the machine. Men only allowed. When I argued with the bartender, he said that I might hear some unladylike language. Then he heard some unladylike language from me.

Then on Sunday, I went down to the provinicial liquor store to buy some beer for a barbeque I had been invited to, to find out you can't buy a beer on Sunday in that province of Canada. This was in 1965 so I am not surprised that some forgotten sodomy laws are still on the books.
