I believe it was Semour Hersch who got information from top pentagon brass. I wish the ACLU would fight the Patriot Act and abuse, but they seem to pre-ocupied with suing cities to make them change 100 year old seals because it had a picture of a mission or church on it.

they'd never do that here. For the folks in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama etc. that could be a problem. Maybe they can burn some books or something.
