Iqaluit, Nunavu sends a warning to the world

Subject: Arctic Warning

This is a clip from the CBC news about an Earth Day rally staged in Iqaluit, Nunavut, in the Canadian Arctic. People in the north know that global warming is real. We see the effects of it everyday. Many Inuit got together, alongside some hollywood celebrities to try to send a message to the rest of the world. We know how ignorant people are about this issue and we are trying to raise awareness about it. We know that the Bush administration is a huge part of the problem, allowing the world's biggest polluter to stay out of the Kyoto protocol. This is a very important story, we in the north are sending a warning to the rest of the world. We hope it is heeded.
