Anyone have the Bankruptcy threads marked?

I was talking to my Republican little brother last night, about the dire straits our folks are in. For me, this led naturally to the Bankruptcy law that was just passed. He said, oh yeah--that was a good thing, all these people being able to file bankruptcy and dump all their debts won't be able to do it anymore.
SO, I started telling him about people forced to bankruptcy by catastrophic medical bills, job loss, etc. Running up credit card debt because they are buying GROCERIES on credit. This was total news to him.
I would love to be able to email him some of those links we had while this was big news.
