2. I translated it on one of those sites
and got this, I don't speak Swedish, so I can't improve it.:
On Saturday, Vietnam lowers that the is 30 years since the war took up. But for Xuan Minh, 3, and his family is the not over. The boy's difficult miss educations depend probably on that his far- eller mother parents were set for the environment marriage agent orange during the war.

3. I can translate some of this
Headline:
Three year old Xuan - a victim of the Vietnam war

30 Years after the war ended, children are born with huge defects.

Damages by Agent Orange
Xuan's defects is a result of the genetic damage his mother or father received when the US AF dropped Agent Orange over Vietnam during the war.
AO was used to remove vegetation and open up the landscape to give the bombers and attack fighters a better overview.

The effect was devastating. Thousands of American troops handling the material was also hurt, but the highest price was payed by the cilvilian population.

4. THAT
does NOT look real. For some reason it looks too cartoonish. I don't know if it makes it that much more awful or what. I know of the birth defects cause by Depleted Uranium and Agent Orange, but somehow this picture stands out as offish.
