Has Michael Moore been browbeaten by the DLC Dons into keeping
himself low profile and not "embarrass" our Party? If that is true, we need to kick these traitors out as soon as possible.

7. It's about medical insurance companies
and it's probably about people who don't have insurance or who have died because of mismanagement. He did some stories about that on "The Awful Truth."

8. The True Democrat that he is , he may have been talked into doing
this for the good of the party. That is what is likely.

13. More to the point: does Moore define the DLC as Democrats?
I don't get the feeling he's an admirer of theirs, or thinks their voice is voice of the Democratic Party.

14. He is a populist progressive.
Edited on Tue Apr-26-05 08:12 PM by K-W
He says he is speaking for the majority of Americans and he is very progressive, probably to the left of liberal.

He doesnt have allegiance to the Democratic party, he simply stands with them when his politics tell him to, as when they are the only way to defeat Bush, and then when the Democrats cant get themselves publicity.

12. lol, You do realize he campaigned for Nader, dont you?
He is a True Liberal, and that is all he has ever claimed to be, he campaigned for Kerry because he wanted Bush defeated.

16. That "true Democrat" voted Nader in 2000
He might, therefore, be a Green. Or he may be a progressive Independant. Somehow, true Democrat doesn't quite fit.

10.  I like Mike
I really dont think he's lying low because of the DLC or the Neo Con's or anything that involves any conspiracy theorys of any sort. I think that the man is human and he needs a break and time to recharge like everyone else. Let him relax in peace and then when he comes back he'll be back in full force and then he'll make the neo cons tremble for sure.

11. After movie releases, directors have time to have a high profile,
Edited on Tue Apr-26-05 07:59 PM by K-W
in fact, it is thier job, but during the productive phase of thier work, they are working very, very hard. He will be back with a bang, you can count on it.

He will release a movie and a book and be EVERYWHERE

15. An odd way to drum up anger at the DLC, don't you think?
Suggesting something you have no proof for, then point the finger at an organization you don't like.

It's one thing to have proof regarding things the DLC has done. It's quite another to invent things.
