PHOTO: The love that dared not speak its name

....as he whispered to him, "But we know it can never be." George looked back at him puzzled, but then again he always had that look on his face. "But, Abdullah, we can still have hidden moments among the bluebonnets, can't we? And the brush. Don't forget when we cleared brush together." Abdullah's flowing robe showed signs of rustling. Was it just a stray prairie wind or some other long hidden memory that caused his stirring?...

Not that there's anything wrong with that. There isn't. I just think it's so unbelievable sweet.

There's just nothing like one's first love.

12. Giggle
Too bad men holding hands is considered acceptable in the society of 1 of these guys. Otherwise we might have something other than giggles. I'd like to see a non-photoshopped one of Mr.bush and his evilminion Dick. I like the flowers.

17. Now that is funny!
But the real point is not that male hand holding while walking is common in Arabia, it is how close * is to the Saudis to even do it.

25. These are some very funny captions, but seriously..
this really does demonstrate how close the House of Bush is with the House of Saud. Arab men often walk hand-in-hand, but only close friends, not merely business acquaintances.

I would dearly like to know what they were discussing. My guess is the recent phantom increase in Saudi reserves, which has not suppressed oil prices as intended, is a major topic.

I expect very important decisions made in very careless ways.

27. Chimp is trying to send messages here
He wants the Saudis to think he is culturally astute, that their leader has power in the west, that they have a special relationship.

Problem is, most Saudis are not thrilled with the current state of affairs over there, and there is more than a little grumbling about the leadership. The days of guaranteed "employment" (i.e. you have a title, and some Pakistani does the work for you) are gone. The gravy train has run out of steam over there, and life is not the party it was back in the old days. Consequently, the many young men who do not have work spend their time listening to the crazy ass religious radicals down at the local mosque.

28. wow - that is really awkward
I don't give a rat's ass what the custom is in saudi arabia - holding hands with another straight man is awkward.

Don't you hate it when your at a Wedding doing some goofy circle dance that women love and your stuck next to some dude and you have to hold his hand?
