Hmmmm...My file has been noted? Wtf?

I recently posted that I was asked to attend a luncheon for business leaders with President Bush.
I never returned the call and they have been calling every day.
So finally I took the call--listened to some campaign rhetoric from Congressman Reynolds, then the propaganda started.
Our taxes are too high--President Bush wants to help small business leaders,,,,yada yada yada.
At that point I stopped them and told them I wasn't interested because I didn't fall for the lies of this administration and was certainly sorry that they did. However, to have a nice luncheon.
They then said, Thank you...they would note my file?
Why do I have a file?

But, back in the days when I was active with the GOP, we kept a rather intense database of business owners, managers, supervisors, retired movers-and-shakers and the like. When specific fundraisers would come to the area, the database would be split by the alphabet and the calling would begin.

Within the database, the person's party affliation was noted along with their perceived loyalty to party (scale of 1-10).

We all have "files" with this bunch. Just imagine the foia's that will be sent after they leave office and sanity returns.

It will make interesting reading for your grand kids. ;-)
