DeLay lied with arrogance and there is no way he could not have known who paid for his trips. I bet any money that he ASKED those groups to pay in return for certain legilative favors. I just wihs someone with enough courage and REAL patriotism would step forward.

It's about the coming of the end of the aristocracy in Russia (slightly pre-Revolution) and, as stage direction would have it, throughout it there is this constant off stage sound off peasants chopping down the cherry trees so that they don't freeze to death.
In addition the people are moving about acting as though they are going on a cruise and not RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES. Only a few characters notice the chopping sound..... in this run of that play only a few republicans are noticing the chopping sound.

6. Delay is running out of excuses....

First, he didn't do anything wrong, its the liberal media attacking him; second, everyone else does it; third, the, "I didn't know where the money was coming from defense". So the only excuse left is the Shaggy defense..."It wasn't me"...due out next week at a newsstand near you!
