Stop responding to the stupid post! It was a stupid thought and argument by someone (me) whose wrist had hoisted a tad too much Irish. (As God is my witness I will never post again after five shooters of anything.), now as to the point I thought I was stumbling towards:

The world I want does not include any test for what has been declared inalienable rights. If you are human, you are to be treated as is everyone else. To have a world other than that is not the American dream, at least not my American dream.

Again, that looks jumbled. So, let me shorten. Let’s stop finding ways to hate people…its stupid. So, stop it!

Ending this let me offer my apologies to anyone I offended with my post and words, it was not intended, it did happen, so I am sorry. When I look at some of the names of those that responded to the post there are many who I enjoy reading and find that I agree fully with, so to you I offer an extra apology.

The name was taken from Graham Greene's The Power and the Glory....A story of a priest, the whiskey priest, seeking the meaning of his life in revolutionary Mexico 1920s. Good book and good story.

5. I'm glad you clarified

But I also don't really have a problem with people discussing ideas such as yours. I didn't agree with it, but I realize that for straight people who haven't been exposed much to the idea of homosexuality, some issues may not be so easy to understand. The way I look at it is that it took me 15 or so years of coming out to get used to the whole homosexuality thing - it's going to take some time for heterosexuals to get used to it too.

One thing I do know, which is injustice and at the moment homosexuals are being treated unjustly. Especially those that are couples...just the point of being able to stay with and care for their SO in the hospital. That is unjust....humans need to stop treating other humans so damned crappy.
