Deregulation is another term for lawlessness
Janeane Garafolo just said it on her show.

Deregulation is a perfectly legal license to steal.

4. Yes, it's just dog eat dog business and the good
guys don't win very often. That's why the Romans coined the term, "caveat emptor" or let the buyer beware. Since the emperors were too busy conquering other nations, and trying to keep from being assassinated they didn't have much time for domestic problems. So the fewer laws regarding business dishonesty there were to be enforced, the better. Sounds like our Little Boots and his predecessors, Reagan and Poppy are following in their footsteps.

5. It also destroys all mid sized industry. So you are left with small
businesses and monopolies in the end.

Also known as the dark ages.
