The media must be truly ticked....
they will receive notice when the next pope is elected when everyone else does, Yes, personally I like the black smoke, no inside info; CNN, FOX, and MSNBC must wait with the rest of the world. If the media says a pope was named, and there is no white smoke, well, ha! ha! Liar, liar, your pants are on fire! You can't control the news from the Vatican this time as the rest of the world is watching too. There are witnesses in Rome watching the smoke. I think this is truly funny, our media cannot control the news this time. So, to you media whores, sit back and relax and take your running shoes off!

2. I never thought of it like that, but you're right! It is very funny!
I've even heard some complain that this is such an old ritual, it should be done away with. I'm glad too that the vatican isn't moving off the mark, and I also think that all the dumb talking heads are going to be wrong with their speculations. It's historically always a surprise at the final choice. I hope it is this time too!

4. If the Cardinals had a devilish sense of humor
they would leak the wrong name to the press. Now that would be funny.

8. If the media says there was a leak
they are lying, the Vatican is up to technology, all cell phones have interference and I guess they swept the Vatican from any bugs. They are not going to leak out info.
