liberal - Proper noun. Should also be capitalized.

cant - The meaning of this word is "dialect". Gee, you think he meant can't?

ask - Got this one right.

a - This would be hard to misspell, even for the most ignorant, but the word should have been "an", because it precedes a word that begins with a vowel. A,E,I,O,U, and sometimes Y. Remember?

Intelligent - Here's where the author put the capital that is missing from the first word.

qustion - Probably a typo.

Now if you read this sentence: "typical liberal cant ask a Intelligent qustion", he is insinuating a Liberal is stupid.
