What's up with Disney and Eisner these days?

What's up with Disney and Eisner these days?
Eisner reminds me a lot of *. I'm in the middle of writing a case study for school about Disney. He really took them down the wrong path.

What I'm curious about are the weaknesses in Disney. Have they disappeared since Eisner left? I'm not trying to get you guys to do my homework, I'm just having trouble identifying the current problems in the organization.
