When was the last time Canada prompted an evac in the US?

OTTAWA -- The pending launch of a U-S rocket that prompted an evacuation alert off the coast of Newfoundland has been put off.
Defence Minister Bill Graham says the launch has been postponed indefinitely.
Newfoundland Premier Danny Williams had said Exxon Oil had ordered the immediate evacuation of all offshore platforms on the Grand Banks.
The order was given after the U-S warned that a booster from a U-S rocket could land within 15 kilometres of the Hibernia platform on Monday.

5. imagine if the darned thing squished Hibernia!
Unlikely, I know ... but they've been building it for so long, and have so much hope invested in it. Premier Williams would freak out!
