There has been a lot of back and forth on the boards here lately. Some people get offended by a person having a different opinion, and then inadvertently (or purposely) does something to offend that person back again. It really is getting to be a bit much.

We all have different views and beliefs. Being understanding and tolerant of those views and beliefs is something that is very important.

I am implying this to all sides. You can not have it one way. If you want people to be tolerant of you, you must be tolerant of them.
We are all, fundamentally, on the same side here. So why are we attacking and berating each other?

I do not understand.

I have a simple plea and this plea is to try, just try, to be somewhat tolerant of the people around you. Is that really far too much to ask?

Do not try to force your beliefs on someone, do not berate someone for their views. We are all smart and we can all carry on in a constructive manner, there are many ways to show you disagree with someone without being rude or intolerant.

Unfortunately, when people are being rude they don't think it's because they are being rude, but because the other person "deserved it."

Thanks for that. I was simply trying to forewarn you, as not only is it a well known endrocrinological fact, but I truly wish someone had reminded of that years before they actually did. Working with, as opposed to resisting, those cycles is something with which I've helped innumerable women of various ages.

Getting insulted for sharing something which I normally charge for was a really a total thrill.

My point in posting this is not out of malice but rather, is that all of us fail the tolerance test from time to time and I agree with you that all of us really need to lighten up a bit.
