20. Yes, Kathy is a genius. They are a good match and a dynamite team.

After IEAmerica went down I wrote a few letters here and there advocating for the show, and I always emphasized the importance of bring Mike and Kathy in together (fearing some sort of bureaucratic moron might think the "Mike Malloy Show" was just Mike and think that their station's generic producer would be OK). Over the years I've really begun to appreciate Kathy's work, not only putting together some pre-planned audio or bumper music, but being able to quickly improvise and bring up stuff to follow a caller's comments.

If they get Malloy on there it would be perfect. At least you can hear your local affiliate on the radio. I live 30 miles outside of Philly and 40 miles outside of NY and I can't hear either Air America station in my car. So I'm tethered to my computer until the signal gets stronger or I can afford satellite radio
