13. Did you see that SNL skit with Bush and Clinton?

Bush would speak up and the press would stare at him blankly. Clinton would step in and explain what Bush meant but in poetical terms. The press would all nod in agreement and then Bush would be asked another question. Bush again would foul up the answer and Clinton would step in. He was so suave and would compliment a reporter on her hair and then answer in terms that would make the US proud.

I believe Bush saw this and thought SNL was onto something. He decided to bring Clinton along as an interpretor of sorts. Imagine having to rely on Clinton to make Bush look good - that would have the fundies eating their underwear!!!!
