ABC Nightline tonight -- the continuing mess out in California

A Federal Court has just ruled that the California recall election cannot go forward as scheduled because six counties in California would still be using the punch-card balloting system, which we all remember from the Florida fiasco. The decision will be appealed, but in the meantime, if the ruling holds, the election could be delayed until March. So we're going to change our topic for tonight to look at the continuing mess out in California.

If the Replutocans would just accept that they lost the last election.

Heck, if they'd accept the fact they lost in Florida, the whole country wouldn't be in this mess.
