The Florida - Stand Your Ground Bill right to shoot....So let's review....

A person in FL can shoot when they feel as though they are about to encounter bodily harm or death.

So,let's test it.

Me, a black female, driving lost in an all white rich neighborhood in the evening.
I see a guy jogging and I pull up to him and roll down my passenger side window to ask a question.
He thinks I'm gonna hurt him and he shoots. Kills me

A. Was I about to ask for Directions?
B. Was I about to tell him he had nice legs?
C. Was I about to cause him bodily harm or death?

What's your answer?
