1. Yikes
Now I'm scared. I saw Scalia on CSPAN the other day in a sort of roundtable discussion and he acted like a raving lunatic. How can anyone look at that man and not see the dangerous madman he is.

2. I think this is an important platform topic starting in '06
The judiciary is under attack from the RW hate-machine.

These are lifetime appointments that will have dire consequences on this country long after this administration has moved on into the next. I can't imagine the damage the next president could do if a Neo-Con is in office and could place 3 new SJJ's to the court.

3. I can't believe this information was not dynamite in 2000.
Let alone now...I have known this for four years and felt anxious then...Dubya's new term will end our First Amendment rights...This report if really lengthy and its conclusions are based on actual decisions...Scalia is a nut cake.
That is why we are on our way to retirement to the South of France...Thier constituion is more assured than the US constitution...besides the French are aware and any attacks on their freedoms brings out a mob...
Shows how weak Democrats are at debating issues...This is dynamite..And Harry Reid said something about Scalia being no cause for concern...and we must accept his nomination...

We have converted our home equity to cash by selling it..Today we converted our IRA to a money market before the Stock market fall due to the pending Stock market drop...Over the oil shock...If only we get our dollars converted to Euros before another dollar devaluation...so think we planned before bush's economic demise with our economic futures.
