After years of throwing all its hot potato issues to the Judicial branch
certain members of the Legislative branch (Congress) feel the burning need to bring 'activist' judges to heel? Better think twice guys, you might actually have to debate such divisive issues like civil rights and make politically unpopular decisions. As far as Tom 'Cockroach' Delay is concerned, he is too compromised to follow his lead on judicial 'reform' fellas! You're supposed to be smarter than that but I hope you're not.

1. First they coerced the media, then the Democrats - now the judges.

So now the judges are not supposed to think?

I think the neocons are the real activists. Trying to change things so they benefit the elites. What happened to hunting down and forcing all the tax havens from allowing the rich to stash cash and get away from taxes?

I think one swift boat in the direction of each small tax haven Island would do it. The payoff? A trillions of dollars.

Hey you activist neocons? What about that?

I love it! The medicaid plan is not supposed to help the poor, no child left behind leaves kids behind, the voters are not allowed to vote in their own best interest, the Democrats cannot filibuster, the UN cannot go after human rights abusers, the Davos people cannot speak their minds, the non-judgmental charities are not supposed to be giving money out, the SS needs to be changed so it doesn't get any better, and now the judges are not allowed to think for themselves.

The whole system comes to a standstill.. because of 15 men.

3. And they are old and at the end of their careers. There is a chance they
may fight. The old ones always do.
