The right's ultimate divider: Body or Being
We are seeing the ultimate play of the right's favorite divisive issue. What is it we seek to protect in this society? The Body or the Being?

They are using this immensely emotionally charged issue to force the religious right to support their positions. They have been doing so ever since Roe V Wade was made a cause to fight.

The argument writes itself. If there is life it must be protected. But the trouble is we are not just life. And those on the left seem to understand that they do not have to right to dictate to others what constitutes their sticking point on this issue. So while not all on the left may agree with what is the important factor here they do not believe they can enforce their opinion.

Body or Being. Where do you draw the line? Or is there even a line for you?
