3. I wonder how much it will be a gallon when oil reaches
$100.00 plus per barrell, which is where we are headed (I just heard on the market close report)?

4. Yeah, pretty sick...
I wouldn't be so upset other than the oil companies increasing their profits along with the price gouging...in the rest of the world, it's around a dollar a LITER, so we've been spoiled for awhile...I've always said gas should be $3.00 a gallon or more (with the extra money going to the seeking of alternative fuel sources), which would keep all these people from buying SUV's (no offense if you've got one...but if you do, you really ought to rethink owning one...)

My worry is home heating oil...over $2.00 a gallon up here in Maine...there's gonna be a lot of folks freezing to death next winter if home heating oil doesn't ease up...
