1. Oh boy. Here they go. They want to prevent effective fundraising

and campaigning on the internet, because that favors the Dems. And then they will try to extend to supporess ALL effective internet-based activism.

2. The Repubs are trying to undo the "Dean" style of fundraising.

They're frightened of the power of the "little people" to raise funds on the internet IMO.
