How long before the federal and state judges

that declined to order that Terri be kept alive..will be "called on account". I ask because of the statement Delay made in this article:

WASHINGTON - President Bush on Thursday urged the country to honor Terri Schiavo's memory by working to "build a culture of life" while House Majority Leader Tom DeLay said "the men responsible for this" will be called to account.

DeLay appeared to condemn judges who at both the state and federal level declined to order that Schiavo be kept alive artificially

1. They are appointed, not elected. I think we need to "call to account"

3. i just cant help but think

that they shouldn't go on any small planes or anything like that for fear of it mysteriously crashing or one of them committing suicide by putting a gun to their head.
