2. One of the best episodes ever.
Edited on Thu Mar-31-05 12:44 PM by MadAsHellNewYorker
Kenny dies and is resuscitated into a PVS a day later.

my favorite was the ending where the let Kenny die people were right for the wrong reasons, and the let Kenny live people were wrong for the right reasons.

It was gods will that he die in the first place, we play god by keeping people alive by artificial means.

4. I like that line...
When the devil asks how they are going to keep kenney on life support and the devils advisor says "We will do what we always do, use the Republican Party."

I think they do come back on, on saturday nights.

12. Yeah that's what I hate.
This show is constantly saying that there is no difference between liberal points of view and conservative points of view (they are both wrong and silly)

To me it breeds apathy in those who don't know anything.

13. Yea, thats the one downfall of SP
They show how both sides are wrong, but never give a good alternative to either. I guess thats cartoon comedy for ya

15. Esp that vote or die episode
I used to like South Park. Now i just skip it. I'd almost prefer it to be advocating right-wing politics than the politics of apathy.

7. AWESOME episode: SPOILER ALERT!
Absolutely eviscerates --not the fundies/schindlers/keep-her-alive crowd --- but the MEDIA, for making a circus out of this poor woman's plight.

HERE IS THE SPOILER:
Kenny was on a feeding tube, and Cartman et. al. wanted to remove the feeding tube so he could get Kenny's sony PSP. :eyes:. Kyle/Stan et. al. wanted to leave it in. At the end, they find the last page of Kenny's will where he says "If I am ever being kept alive by machines.. I DO NOT WANT MY IMAGE PLASTERED ON MILLIONS OF TV SCREENS WHILE I AM IN THIS CONDITION." :crickets: It was beautiful.

Oh, and the sub-plot of the Ultimate Final Battle Between Heaven And Hell was good too. :)

8. I think I want that put in my will too. Who wants to be seen by the whole
world after living for 15 years on a feeding tube and lying in a bed? Find that video of me when I was 20, young, healthy, and athletic, and give it out so people will say "Damn he was cute!" :)

14. That's fantastic
I've been thinking exactly the same thing. I still don't know how exactly I want the decision to be made but I know I definately wanted something like "don't make me a spectical and don't let the government get involved" kind of statement.

And this is what I like about SP -

The "Ultimate Final Battle between heaven and hell" - IS A SUBPLOT!! Just fantastic!

11. The best part was the Republicans saying: They are playing God...
By removing the feeding tube! The angel running about saying, NO! They were playing God when the put the feeding tube in! Thought that said a lot.
