Contrasting media sources (WaPo & CNN) re: the news of Schiavo's death
There is probably nothing at all to this. I just found interesting the sources cited by the Washington Post and CNN re: Schiavo's death.

From "breaking news" emails:

Washington Post

"Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged woman kept alive by a feeding tube for 15 years during an epic legal and medical battle, has died, her husband's attorney said Thursday."

CNN

"Terri Schiavo has died, according to a spokesman for her parents."

4. I think it is interesting also
It rather indicates what "side" they are on.

The neutral thing would be to quote a doctor... but maybe everyone was on one side or the other.

6. It's because the parents couldn't wait to run out of the hospice

to be the FIRST one's anouncing her passing to their supporters and the world! Whereas the husband probably has no intention to ever face the press after what he and Terri have been through and used the attorney to issue a proper press release while he is dealing with this terrible ordeal.

Remember these are the parents that are selling the donor's list to a marketing firm!!!
